Lacking core strength? I’ve been exploring easy ab workouts to do from home.
Lately, I’ve been focusing on core strength because I’ve noticed my posture deterioirating from working a desk job. It’s not a good look. I’m squeezing in a few workouts in an attempt to self-correct.
Why at home? By exercising at home, I’m cutting out any travel time to and from the gym, or classes. Less travel equals more time for workouts.
It’s also easier on the wallet. Class and gym memberships are pricey and often a waste of money if you don’t go often. There are so many free videos online with great workout routines. Why not take advantage?
You can exercise without the pressure of a class. Doing online videos is a great way to slowly ease back in if you haven’t exercised in a while or if you are working new muscle groups. I’ve always been a runner so whenever I do abs or upper body workouts, I tend to be the weakest one.
While I enjoy a good class, I don’t always have the time to go routinely. Instead of skipping a workout altogether, I’ve been exploring online videos to fill the gaps. Here are a few free ab workout videos that I’ve found helpful. All you need is a mat to do some of the exercises.
